Coated in high-gloss Antique Violin Burst lacquer, the TW5 from Tanglewood is a stunning electro-acoustic guitar outfitted with a solid mahogany top. Combined with an all-mahogany dreadnought-size body, the soundboard shapes and projects enveloping warmth and punchy sound.
The Winterleaf TW5: Extensive Tone Controls & Handy Cutaway
When plugged into an acoustic amp, the foundation sound of this Winterleaf Series model is accurately amplified with the help of the fitted piezo pickup and B-Band M-450T preamp. The tone can then be fine-tuned via an extensive collection of controls or straightened out using the built-in tuner, while full and smooth access to all 21 frets is provided by a practical cutaway in the body.
