The popular FG series by Yamaha has been selling like hot cakes for the past fifty years! This luxurious FGX830C BL electro-acoustic model in black has a decorative soundhole rosette with abalone inlay and a deep-brown rosewood back and sides. This type of wood is known for its rich overtones and long resonance.
To amplify or not to amplify? That’s the question
Because the FGX830C BL is an electro-acoustic instrument, you can play it either amplified or acoustically. It has an integrated pickup under the saddle, a preamp with tone control and a tuner built in. Furthermore, it has a cutaway in the body so you can reach the highest frets with ease. It delivers a powerful sound thanks to the solid top that enhances the bass and mid tones, and the scalloped bracing and comfortable neck offer make this guitar easy and fun to play!
