The Yamaha FSX830C BS is an electo-acoustic steel-string guitar with a classic Brown Sunburst finish. It's a concert model, which means it's more compact than a Dreadnought. It offers a rich, resonant tone thanks to the solid top that only sounds better with age. It has a built-in preamp that's easy to amplify by plugging it directly into an acoustic amp or a PA system.

Balanced sound

For the past fifty years, Yamaha have been producing FG guitars with great success. This concert-style FS model was developed as the more compact alternative, and today it is one of the best-selling steel-string guitars in the world. The excellent finish and sturdy construction result in a pleasant, balanced sound. Over the years, Yamaha have made various enhancements to the series, including a scalloped bracing for more pronounced bass and mid tones and a slender neck with rolled fret edges for higher playing comfort.
