Seagull invested a great deal of research and development in the construction of the S6 Original models, which is exactly why they've managed to stay in Top-5 lists of acoustic guitars under £1,000 for years already. Unlike most models within this price range, the S6 boasts a solid cedar soundboard and a cherry wood back and matching sides - the quality of which can immediately be heard in the naturally rich tone of this instrument. To finish, the body has been polished off with an Indian rosewood bridge and neck is topped with a TUSQ nut, while the headstock has been trimmed down. All details that have been included to improve the stability, enhance the tuning and boost resonance.
