The Klone Pedal: More Than Just Overdrive
Most players will set up The Klone Pedal as an overdrive effect, either via the clean channel or the overdrive channel of your amp. The transparent sound leaves the original guitar sound beautifully intact, adding a bit of focus in the process while opening up tone-stacking options in combination with a second overdrive. When the Gain pot is set to zero, the RYRA Klone even doubles as a more than solid booster pedal. In short: a brilliantly flexible, superb-sounding effect.

Pédale jouée 2 fois , avec donc les limites de ce que je peux en dire actuellement. Excellent son bien que le potard "treble" soit pour moi un peu délicat à utiliser car apporte sur certaines fréquences une "couleur" particulière (question d'habitude / de pratique je suppose...) Sinon cette Ryra s'entend très bien avec mon overdrive MadProfessor et mon ampli hybride TubeSandwich. Autres détails de moindre importance : la couleur Black Cherry est beaucoup plus claire et "flashy paillette" que sur la photo , et les inscriptions sous les potards sont quasi illisibles (contrairement au logo & dessin du modèle...) ; contenu du colis spartiate : boite carton avec feuille du produit collée dessus, un morceau plastique-bulle autour de la pédale et basta...

Superbe pédale d'Overdrive basée sur la Klon Centaur, fabrication de qualité.
Comme sur l'originale, elle est montée avec des composants traversants, pas de CMS comme sur ses concurrentes de type Archer, du coup le son s'en ressent.
La pédale est très dynamique (bien plus que la Archer) et réactive, superbe réponse, elle nuance parfaitement en fonction des attaques et du jeu. Elle apporte une jolie coloration (épaisseur) dans les bas-médiums mais reste précise, je la trouve musicale et très agréable.
Je l'ai sur mon Pedalboard depuis maintenant plusieurs années et elle y restera.
Pour ceux qui hésitent entre Ryra et Archer ou d'autres "Klon" montées en CMS, allez-y les yeux fermés.
