Considered one of the greatest unsung heroes of rock n' roll and one of the original members of The Spiders from Mars, Mick Ronson was known for his singular musical instincts, especially when it came to moulding a composition into a powerful, cohesive whole. The Dunlop MR95LTD Mick Ronson Cry Baby Wah brings back the life-packed tone and melodic character that helped form the core of Ronson's guitar sound. He wouldn't tour without his Cry Baby and would set it up to serve as a fixed filter to give his tone its unique shape, a technique that formed a crucial part of the work he both produced and played on with the likes of David Bowie and many others.

To make this one-off Cry Baby available to the guitar-toting masses, Dunlop gained the help of one of Mick's good friends and colleagues Bob Rock - who also happens to be a world-renowned producer. Rock even allowed the team access to Mick's vintage, Italian-made Cry Baby which, using an artful combo of a custom inductor, tight tolerances and a super-fast potentiometer response, developed a one-to-one emulation of the original output. Even the low-gain transistors and value-matched resistors have been rebuilt just to match the EQ curve and, as an irresistible finishing touch, this pedal comes in an exclusive red and blue colour-way.
