Korg's LP380 is a black digital piano with a compact, stylish cabinet that's relatively shallow, so you won't have any trouble finding a place for it. Its Real Weighted Hammer Action 3 keys feel remarkably authentic, while a 2x 22W amplifier and two 10cm speakers deliver the volume your performance deserves. The LP380 is equipped with three pedals with half-pedal support.
The Sound of the LP380
The LP380 offers four velocity layers, each with its own unique set of samples. That means you'll be able to produce anything from subtle pianissimo to powerful, rich fortissimo. Thanks to Korg's advanced technology, the digital piano realistically reproduces the resonance of a pressed-down sustain pedal. Three effects enhance your playing even more: brightness controls clarity, reverb makes you feel like you're playing in a concert hall, and chorus adds more warmth and spaciousness to your sound.
Great Extras
In addition to various pianos, the LP380 offers a number of other sounds, including EPiano, harpsichord, clavi, vibraphone, marimba, guitar, organ, pipe organ, strings and choir. You can choose from a total of 30 different sounds. Real connoisseurs have 9 types of temperament at their disposal, as well as transpose and fine-tuning options. In essence, the Korg LP380 is a great alternative if a real piano seems too much of a bother. It's light of weight, there's no need to tune it and it offers a number of interesting extras such as a double headphone connector and a nice reverb - all for a remarkably reasonable price.

I bought this Korg LP380 to replace a Technics PR902 I had owned for 20 years (at a cost of almost 4000 pounds when new). It may not look as nice as my old keyboard, and it does not have the bells and whistles e.g. drum machine, and an extensive number of sounds, but I am extremely pleased with the way the keyboard plays and sounds, especially considering the price. I predominantly use it as a piano anyway, and so the bells and whistles are not needed by myself. As a home piano keyboard I really cannot fault it for the price. My only complaint is that the sound through the headphones (good quality Sony) is not the best, but is still perfectly adequate for my purpose.
