The Fender 5-Way/4-Pole Discrete Switch has a five-way setup and has been designed for Fender American Deluxe, Standard, Special, Mexican Standard and Deluxe Stratocasters. Fender install this switch in their American Deluxe HSS Shawbucker, American Deluxe HSH, American Elite HSS, American Pro HSS models, where the standard five-way switch is combined with the Super Switch, widening the switching options and multiplying the tonal options. As well as two mounting screws, this Fender-designed switch comes with both a white and black tip.
