The Meinl PCSB12CH Sonic Energy singing bowl has been tuned according to Hans Cousto's Cosmic Octave to match the frequencies of the sun, the moon and the planets. This white singing bowl has been made of high-purity quartz crystal, has been tuned to align with the heart chakra, and shapes a soothing, spherical tone when the sides are tapped or a beater is drawn around the rim. This particular model has been tuned to the frequency of Chiron (172.86 Hz), which activates our self-healing powers and relates to harmony, new perspectives and feeling unconstrained.
