The Meinl PCSB12E Sonic Energy Planetary Tuned Crystal singing bowl has been designed in accordance with Hans Cousto's calculations of the Cosmic Octave, making it match the frequencies of the sun, the moon and planets. This white singing bowl is made of high-quality quartz, speaks to all chakras - especially the heart chakra - and shapes a soothing, spherical tone following a gentle touch or tap. The Earth Year / Om frequency (136.10Hz) to which this particular model is tuned supports our inner-peace and our power of acceptance.
