The Meinl PCSB12MSY Sonic Energy singing bowl has been tuned according to Hans Cousto's Cosmic Octave to match the frequencies of the sun, the moon and the planets. This white singing bowl has been made of high-purity quartz crystal, has been tuned to align with the sacral chakra, and shapes a soothing, spherical tone when the sides or tapped or a beater is drawn around the rim. This particular model has been tuned to the Synodic Moon frequency (210.42 Hz), which relates to fruitful creativity, the warmth of the heart and access to the soul. This frequency strengthens our intuition and ability to empathise.
