The Casio MZ-X300 can bring out whatever ideas are in your head. Better yet, if you have a lack of ideas, it can inspire you to think up new ones! Together with the MZ-X500, this remarkably musical product is at the head of Casio's keyboard line—and rightly so! First of all, it's equipped with 900 realistic voices and 280 automatic accompaniment styles. It doesn't matter which style of music you feel like playing, whether it's jazz, latin, dance or rock music, this Music Arranger can do it all. However, Casio knows that true creativity doesn't stop there.
Intuitive control
When inspiration strikes, you'll want an instrument that can be controlled intuitively, yet accurately as well. That's why Casio chose to fit the MZ-X300 with a large clear touch-sensitive colour display that allows you to select any rhythm or sound in no time. Of course, you don't have time to browse menus while you're playing. That's why there's a series of comfortably shaped buttons right above the 61-key keyboard that allows you to quickly switch between various voices and accompaniments. And we haven't even mentioned the 9 organ drawbars and 4 pads!
Expression
If you're regularly in a creative mood, then the MZ-X300's advanced possibilities are sure to please. Even though the control panel looks simple enough, there are countless of ways to adjust the various sounds to your personal preference. You can even arrange your own accompaniments and create your own musical flourishes by recording sound fragments through a microphone and triggering them with the pads. Record your experiments using the MIDI recorder (16 tracks and 128MBs of storage) or make audio recordings on a USB stick.

Dit keyboard inmiddels een maand in mijn bezit. Goede geluiden zitten er in en de drawbar is echt een leuke toevoeging. Toetsen kragen hier en daar en dat is toch net zonde. De strings zijn daarentegen echt fenomenaal. Nu druk bezig de extra toevoeging zoals het sample pad uit te proberen. Over het algemeen ben ik tevreden voor de prijs die je ervoor betaalt. De interfase is ook erg gemakkelijk te bedienen.
